To all IMDs,

Just a reminder to expect some changes on the “Join” page of your RYL website starting tomorrow.

These are the changes we announced to you about a month ago.

According to our MLM attorney, these changes will make us 100% compliant in all 50 states.

Change 1:           It is required in some states that an IMD must be able to “Join” and not be forced to purchase product.  To accommodate this we will offer the opportunity to “Join” by purchasing an Electronic Kit for $39.95.   This Kit will consist of our Policies and Procedures, our written compensation Plan, our Glossary of Terms, information about our products, etc.   This Kit will be found in the Back Office of the new IMD.   This “Join” option will not include any SV (Personal Sales Volume).   As always, IMDs are required to have 1 SV per month to be qualified to earn Bonuses and Commissions.

Change 2:           Very few IMDs chose the option to send 8 bottles of our Trinity Lotion to their best 8 prospects as their “Join” option.   Because of the lack of interest in this option, we are discontinuing this as a “Join” option.  For those of you who did like this option, you may purchase this as a standalone item under the “Order Products” tab in you back office.

Change 3:           Many of you will be thrilled to know that new IMDs may now “Join” and receive our Trinity Lotion as their initial order and Autoship product.   We will have 2 “Join” options for $69.95.   One of these include the Trinity Lotion, the other includes our flagship product, RVB 300.   Both of these “Join” packages will also include the Electronic Kit as described in Change 1 above.   Please be reminded that we feel everyone should be ordering and using our RVB 300 for the great health benefits it provides but that option is now in the hands of the new IMD.   Both of these packages will include 1 SV.

Change 4:           The National Marketing Package has been changed to the Executive Package.   The price for this package is being reduced to $399.   This package includes 10 SV and places the IMD on a monthly Autoship with the RVB 300.   To become a National Marketing Director with RYL you must have 10 SV.   You may purchase this Executive Package to receive 10 SV or you may earn 10 SV by gathering 10 “Customers” who have 1 SV each.   These customers are either Preferred or Retail customers, not IMDs.

Also as a reminder, provided you are Gold Expansion Qualified, you may beginning earning our new Gold Expansion Bonuses starting tomorrow.   This could be an unlimited number of $100 checks coming your way.   For more details on this, please review the Gold Expansion Bonus section in the attached Glossary of terms.

Additionally you will be able to earn Awarded Business Centers starting tomorrow.   More information on this is also provided for you in our Glossary of Terms.

There are a lot of home business income opportunities out there and in reality, you can’t join all of them! You have to focus on one business at a time and remember to choose the home business that’s right for you. If you are not passionate about what you’re selling, then forget about it. However there is one thing to keep in mind in terms of building a home business and that’s what we are about to cover today.

The real name of the game when it comes to having a home business is guess what? Marketing! Products and your opportunity won’t make you any money. Even if you buy the most expensive investment in your company. It’s the marketing part that earns you money. In fact, even if you just joined at the minimal level with a limited marketing budget, but you just know how to market, you will still earn more than the rep who invested the most expensive entry in the company but doesn’t know how to market.

1. Articles – article marketing is the most common forms of online marketing if you are on a budget. You don’t even need a blog with article marketing. All you have to do is write a 400-500 word article and publish it on the top 5 major article directories on the internet. Article directories such as ezinearticles.com, articlebase.com, articledashboard.com, buzzle.com and isnare.com are the most well-known online article directories in the planet today.

2. Forums – most of the heavy hitters in the home based business industry started marketing using forums. Forum sites like betternetworker.com, warriorforums, mlmforums are a great way to start. These are the places where your target market are asking questions about a particular problem that they are encountering in their home business. This is your chance to answer their questions and provide as much value as you can.

3. Blogging – blogging is a great way to brand yourself as an expert your prospects are looking for. A blog is simply a website that allows you to quickly and easily add fresh content whenever you wish about your home business. Blogs are easy to publish (you only need to know how to type, easy to find (your audience can easily find your content), social (a great way to build a presence in the online community), viral (your blog posts can be virally distributed), and easy to link to and from.
